SPORT TRAINING
Our sport training sessions are designed to improve a variety of athletic qualities including: speed, quickness, power, agility, strength, flexibility, and resistance to injury. We achieve this through high quality coaching and hard work. IST athletes outperform their peers in general testing and sport specific testing. We work with ages 12+ and all experience levels. Each workout can be modified based on individual needs to allow for maximum improvements.
WHAT IS IST SPORT TRAINING?
Since 2006, we have offered the highest quality sport training in the Twin Ports. We have worked with thousands of athletes from all sports and experience levels. We've worked with those brand new to training and those who compete professionally.

Our athletes see the best progress by training year round with 2-3 sessions per week in-season, and 4-5 sessions per week in the off-season. Our coaches have the experience to push athletes at the right time to maximize their results.

We prioritize safety and injury prevention by placing an emphasis on technique and proper coaching. Healthy, injury-free athletes have long and successful careers.
