IST BOOTCAMP
Our six week, 3-day-per week, bootcamp is designed to get you started on your fitness journey or get you back into shape. We start with the basics and build our way up. By the end of six weeks, you'll be amazed at how far you've come. You'll improve your fitness with a blend strength training and conditioning. Our coaches will teach you how to perform each exercise with excellent technique to ensure a long healthy fitness journey.
WHAT IS THE IST BOOTCAMP?
The IST Bootcamp is a six week program designed for beginners or those looking to get back into shape. Each class includes a warm up, core training, technique and strength training, and conditioning. You'll learn how to use dumbbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, and much more!
We spend time at the end of each class discussing nutrition and lifestyle tips to help you build healthy habits.
