The Open

This will be a great event for those looking for competition as well as those looking to push themselves while having a great time. The CrossFit Open presents workouts that are challenging and unique. We will see our favorite movements as well as movements we might not like as much. These workouts are a true test of fitness. This is why we love CrossFit.
