Favorite exercise: Most definitely the bench press, although I am starting to like the deadlift!
Least favorite exercise: Burpees, thrusters, and I'll throw weighted lunges in there for good measure
Goal for next month: Try to hit my goal weight of 215 and start taking the Olympic lifts a little more seriously!
What I love about IST: When I first started (again) back in December I was kind of afraid and or ashamed of how much weight I had put on and the guys have been nothing but encouraging even with all the questions I ask. Being able to show up every day and workout with people who share similar goals to me and also just all of the support from everyone means the world to me.
Hometown & Family members: Born in Rapid City, South Dakota but have lived in Duluth for the majority of my life! I have 2 older brothers, Josh and Jon and a little sister, Rachel. Oh and I guess me mum and pa, Mike and Sue.
Something you probably didn’t know about me: I love EXTREMELY spicy food. There is a limit to that and usually it doesn't end well when I hit that but it's kind of a fun experience. Hopefully Brendo tries some of that Nashville hot chicken while he’s down there!
