Favorite exercise: Strict Press

Least favorite exercise: Burpees

Goal for next month: Continue to make it in the gym 5-6 days every week and hopefully get to the point that I can do an overhead squat.

What I love about IST: I love being around people that push themselves and being in a motivating environment. In addition I like being around people that have goals and are striving to better themselves. Every day I feel I am pushing myself to the limit and a little beyond some days (I feel that is when I feel the most alive). I like to see continual progress and being better than I was the day before. The quote I like is the only thing that gives new life is labor. I feel if I focus my energy on the things that matter (my daughter, my health & my career) I will be a success and anyone else that puts energy in the areas in their life they want to correct or improve will also be a success.

Hometown & Family members: Barnum - Russell-Dad, Linda-Mom, Alea-Sister

Something you probably didn’t know about me: I have run 4 full marathons, played on a traveling team with an NBA basketball player (when in high school), was a sales trainer for an insurance company and I actually like swimming in Lake Superior.
