January 2016 Workout of the Month
This will be challenging EMOM that can be done ANYWHERE.
20 min EMOM
1: 10 Air Squats
2: 10 Hand Release Push Up
3: 30 second plank
4: 10 Reverse Lunge
*if possible, hold an object or objects for the lunges and squat. You could use a small animal, children, cans of soup or any weighted implement.
*if you have access to a Pullup bar, do 5-10 pullups instead of the reverse lunges.
