Here is a workout to be performed on the go at your cabin/hotel/home
No equipment neccessary
Can be performed by any skill level
Can go easy or as hard as possible
15 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possbile)
1 min Tread Water/Run
20 Squats
15 Push Up
10 Reverse Lunge (each leg)
5 Burpee
