  • No equipment neccessary

  • Can be performed by any skill level

  • Can go easy or as hard as possible

15 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possbile)

  • 1 min Tread Water/Run

  • 20 Squats

  • 15 Push Up

  • 10 Reverse Lunge (each leg)

  • 5 Burpee
